As CRO, you’ll collaborate directly with our CEO to craft and execute 1-year, 2-year, and 5-year growth plans, ensuring our sales targets are not just met but exceeded. You’ll also play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by building a high-performing sales team from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Sales Leadership

Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Oversee and manage all sales operations while ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved.

Team Building & Leadership

Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team from the ground up.
Mentor and develop team members to achieve individual and collective success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with internal teams, including marketing and senior leadership, to align on company goals and objectives.

Business Expansion

Spearhead initiatives to scale operations, expand into new markets, and solidify Forward Funding as a market leader.

About You:

Experience & Expertise

10+ years of leadership experience in sales, with a proven track record of building and managing teams of 20+ representatives.
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, exceeding targets, and scaling organizations.

Industry Knowledge

Preferred experience in lending, payment processing, or financial services (not mandatory but highly valued).

Skills & Attributes

Strategic thinker with a knack for innovation and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Strong communicator who can effectively engage internal teams and external clients.
