We are searching for a strong Sales Operations Manager who will play a critical role in supporting the sales team, overseeing operations and managing functions. This position involves optimizing the lead qualification process, managing sales campaigns, and providing data-driven insights to inform sales strategies. They will collaborate across departments, including legal, finance, and marketing, and ensure seamless sales processes from start to finish. In addition, the role includes administrative responsibilities such as supporting office operations and assisting in logistics.

Office Administration

4. Cross-Department Collaboration:

Collaborate with legal, finance, marketing, and other teams to ensure integrated and efficient sales operations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales operations and inside sales management, with expertise in lead qualification, phone outreach, campaign management, and sales analytics.
Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel.
Excellent communication skills, particularly in phone-based lead qualification.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field preferred.
