The Role

You will be part of the Revenue Operations Team that focuses on removing the indirect revenue generating tasks from our go-to-market teams in order to free them to do what they do best. It has four pillars: operations, enablement, insights and tools and works across four departments - marketing, sales, customer success and product. This role will focus on CRM operations and reporting & analytics.

Salesforce Administration: Assist in maintaining & updating Salesforce to drive data accuracy and process improvements
Documentation: Maintain up to date documentation for Salesforce, Planhat & GTM tech stack processes, guidelines & best practices
Process Improvement: Work with the wider RevOps team and Sales/Customers Success leadership to identify and solve process gaps
Support & User Training: Become the go-to person for training & support for the GTM tech stack
Reporting & Analytics: Monitor, create & update reports & dashboards with the business to provide insights into our key performance metrics
GTM Tech Stack: Become a key part of the maintenance & ownership of the GTM tech stack

Qualifications & Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a RevOps department working with Salesforce
At least 1 year of experience within sales/customer success operations
Previous experience also working in a SaaS environment is a plus
Ability to work with large data sets and turn it into actionable insights with your strong analytical skills
Experience with GTM tools like Salesloft, HubSpot & Planhat would be advantageous
Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
Willingness to get involved cross functionally with tasks and projects within the RevOps team when required
