Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled, detail oriented, and leadership driven Sales Operations Manager to join our management team in our Denver office. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction and order success. You will report directly to the President and work closely with management across multiple departments.

With our focus on growth and innovation, we are looking for like-minded individuals who value hard work, accountability, team-oriented success, and growth. The ideal candidate will have the talent and initiative to grow into a general manager role and beyond as the company continues to expand.

Target pay will be $70,000 - $80,000 + bonus potential, with opportunity to grow.

Responsibilities

Oversee the operational side of the sales department, with a focus on growth strategy, cross-departmental coordination, order success, and customer satisfaction and retention.
Work with senior management to execute revenue and sales growth goals.
Develop and implement processes to ensure the scalable success of our orders.
Develop and implement processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
Oversee cross-departmental coordination and communication between sales and operations.
Work with senior management to set and execute company wide KPI's and long/short term goals, with a focus on revenue and customer satisfaction
Oversee the customer experience and post-sale order journey with a focus on customer retention.
Provide leadership and management within Denver office.

Requirements

Proven experience in a leadership role
Ability to coordinate and lead revenue growth strategies
Experience in supervising and managing teams effectively (preferred).
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing client experiences.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve common goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
