We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales team at our Honda dealership in Abilene, TX. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in automotive sales, leadership, and customer service. As the Sales Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations of the sales department, manage a team of sales professionals, and drive sales growth while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales goals.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to improve performance and ensure high levels of customer service.
Manage the sales process, from initial customer inquiry to final sale, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every customer.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to ensure availability of popular models.
Establish and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals.
Prepare and review sales reports, performance data, and budgets to ensure targets are met.
Work closely with the service and finance departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay current with industry trends, vehicle inventory, and financing options.
