What you'll be doing:

Oversee the sales and revenue funnel.
Streamlining and optimizing the sales process to enable sales team productivity.
Perform sales forecasting.
Work with sales leadership to define quarterly objectives, standardize business reporting and create reports / dashboards for sales execs, and leadership team.
Manage analytics and metrics program to help leadership to make data driven decisions
Selecting, implementing, and managing sales and marketing automation tools.
Manage CRM data, own CRM data quality.

What you'll need:

Master’s degree in economics, finance, operations management or related field
Proven work experience as Sales Operations Manager, CRM manager or similar role
Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of salesforce systems
Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems
Solid understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
A track record building strong working relationships with senior leaders or the confidence to contribute at that level
