Your Role:

We’re seeking a Sales Operations Manager who will be pivotal in building and optimising our sales infrastructure. Reporting to our dynamic Sales Director, you’ll:

Lead the development of sales operations processes to support a fast-scaling B2B Energy Supplier team (currently 8 heads, growing to 28 by 2025).
Serve as the key liaison between sales and other departments, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery.
Identify and address challenges and bottlenecks in the sales process, implementing strategies for improvement.
Drive cross-functional initiatives to optimise the customer journey and enhance efficiency.
Own and evolve operational workflows while managing key stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
Gain a budget to hire additional team members within 6 months, enabling you to focus on strategy and growth.
