What You’ll Do:

🔹 Establish and grow accounts through strategic prospecting and business relationships.

🔹 Use solution-based selling techniques to increase market share, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

🔹 Build and nurture long-term partnerships with existing and new customers.

🔹 Develop and execute growth strategies alongside sales, operations, and marketing teams.

🔹 Collaborate to implement business development initiatives that meet and exceed customer standards.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 7-10 years of experience in solution selling within the warehouse, fulfillment, or packaging industry.

✔️ Proven track record in 3PL business development, including pallet in/out, case picking, eCommerce fulfillment, and more.

✔️ Expertise in industries like food and beverage, dry goods, and general commodities.

✔️ Self-motivated with a high bias for action.

✔️ Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
