Description

We are seeking a CRM & Revenue Operations Specialist to lead the management and optimization of a customer relationship management platform and support business growth through effective sales operations.
This individual will collaborate closely with teams across sales, marketing, and customer success to streamline workflows, automate core processes, and maintain high data quality standards.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on experience in CRM management, sales enablement, and operational execution.

Required Skills

4+ years of experience managing customer relationship management platforms (e.g., CRM software systems)
Prior experience in a business-to-business software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment
In-depth understanding of sales workflows, pipeline optimization, and process automation
Experience using enablement and integration tools to support sales operations
Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in building and maintaining sales reporting dashboards
Excellent problem-solving and project coordination abilities
Basic familiarity with data analysis tools or languages
Knowledge of industry-standard revenue operations models and best practices

Desired Skills

Exposure to diverse revenue-focused technology tools
Familiarity with strategies for enhancing sales and customer journey insights across teams

Compensation

Pay Range: $84000K-$120000K
