Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager with strong bilingual capabilities in English and Chinese to join dynamic team in Irvine, CA. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with over 10 years of customer service and logistics experience in the semiconductor industry. The successful candidate will oversee customer operations, coordinate production schedules, manage logistics, and support account managers to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Operations: Address daily operational and logistical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Order Management: Process POs, track WIP, and ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
Customer Interaction: Directly communicate with clients for order acknowledgment and delivery schedules.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (CE/CS/PC) to resolve customer issues.
Account Management Support: Assist account managers with logistics, setup of new accounts, and creation of supporting reports.
Data Analysis: Consolidate and analyze customer forecasts, sales tracking, and backlog data.
Financial Oversight: Follow up on overdue account receivables and manage AR/inventory clearance rates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in semiconductor customer service and sales operations.
Proven expertise in logistics, inventory management, and customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and customer-focused self-starter.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
