Our client is an established and successful global software company which is positioned for exciting growth. As part of its next stage of development, we are looking an experienced senior operator to lead the growth of the business in North America.

This is a key role as part of an exciting growth phase for an already successful software company. You must have a senior leadership background in SaaS, with a proven track record in leading and scaling highly successful teams (75+).

Your background should include driving the development of current business, alongside building new teams and new business growth, leading strategies to grow revenues in target markets.

Develop and lead an existing and successful team, plus expanding the business.
Leadership, coaching and mentoring with a hands-on, team-oriented approach.
Driving alignment with marketing, product management, pre-sales, and professional services teams to maximize opportunities and foster cohesive sales strategies.

Requirements:

Strong 'hands-on' senior leadership and track record in SaaS, ideally in scaling teams of 75+.
Ability to recruit, inspire and retain top talent.
Strong leadership skills, experienced in working in a collaborative environment.
Target and success-oriented.
A winning track record in competitive markets.
Demonstrable success in driving revenue growth and leading teams to exceed quotas.
