Tasks & Responsibilities: What to expect

You will have the overall responsibility for the departments Controlling, Pricing, and Asset Valuation and act as a sparring partner for all managers and team leaders in the Finance department.

Your focus will be on the analysis of business development and the permanent monitoring of the economic development of our industry.

The coordination of budget and forecasting processes will also be part of your role.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for funding and its ongoing monitoring.

You act as a link between controlling and accounting.

You will be in close contact with the management and the finance managers of the region and the group.

By empowering and individual coaching of your employees, you ensure the achievement of the company's goals as well as individual goals.

Expertise & Soft Skills: What you bring to the table

You have a degree in business administration or comparable with above-average performance

You have gained several years of relevant experience in (international) controlling and accounting and may have supplemented it with qualified further training in international accounting

You have very good analytical skills and process-oriented thinking and acting

Ability to communicate complex issues to all stakeholders and peers

Excellent leadership skills in order to build a strong relationship with the team.

Ideally, you have very good Excel and SAS skills

Very good written and spoken English skills combined with excellent presentation skills
