Your tasks

Support the daily business and office management of the Chief Financial Officer including organizational and administrative tasks
Prepare analysis, reports, presentations, information and decision-making processes
Coordinate the personal calendar and business trips of our CFO
Organize and coordinate internal meetings as well as customer and partner meetings, generate minutes and outcomes and ensure a proper distribution and follow-upâ€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹
Interact with investors and Supervisory Board

Your profile

Extensive professional experience in the above-mentioned tasks in the IT or Service Industry
Strong project management, communication and organization skills
Independent, but cooperative, conscientious and solution-oriented way of working
Good knowledge and usage of the MS Office package, especially Powerpoint, experience with SAP is a plus
Very good German and English language skills, both written and oral
