We are seeking a full time COO/CFO and M&A Associate for our law firm and associated businesses.

Role would include ensuring smooth operations of the law firm and its finances, supervising the work of other members of the firm, working on M&A transactions, including liaising with vendors and potential purchases of businesses.

Looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience with finance and/or M&A. Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and adapt and learn quickly. Ability to supervise other employees, and to speak with clients and other contacts.

Some potential to work remotely 1-2 days a week (but flexible). Office located in Promenade Mall in Thornhill.

Salary commensurate with experience and skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
