Role Description:

This is an internship role at Forty4 Technologies located in the London Area, United Kingdom. As a Business Operations Intern, you will be involved in various day-to-day tasks that support business operations, including assisting in business analysis, communication with stakeholders, and providing customer service. This is an on-site position that offers hands-on experience in a dynamic consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day operations tasks including data entry, reporting, and process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes.
Support the operations team with research, analysis, and project management tasks.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and help create dashboards for tracking business metrics.
Help manage communication between internal departments and ensure smooth operational workflows.
Participate in meetings to gain insight into operational challenges and solutions.
Contribute to the creation of process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide initiatives and events.
Provide administrative support for special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
