Exp- Min 8 yrs post CA Qualification (Having worked with listed company will be a added advantage)

CTC- Upto 35 LPA

Role Description:-

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer at a Manufacturing Company in Mumbai. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, analyzing financial statements, financial reporting, and using analytical skills to guide financial decisions and strategies.

Job Responsibilities:-

Working Capital & Term Loan Sanction Management
Liason with banks
Day to day cash flow management
Accounts upto finalisation and leading the team to work with auditors
Attending board meeting and presenting results quarterly and answering questions
Attending investor calls and replying
Financial Analysis and Modeling
Financial Management Strategies
Reporting and Compliance
Budgeting and Cost Management
Strategic Planning and Funding
Financial Planning and Financial Reporting skills
Analytical Skills proficiency
Strong Finance background
Knowledge of financial and accounting principles
Certification as a Chartered Accountant
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role
