Must-Have Qualifications

● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messaging for different audiences

● Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management

● Strong data analytics skills; comfortable working with large datasets and drawing actionable insights

● Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward

● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

● 6-8 years of experience in relevant roles

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

● Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation

● Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

● Familiarity with sales operations or advertising industry

● Project management experience
