Pay Range

$200,000.00 - $1,000,000.00

This position reports directly to the President & CEO of Overlake Medical Center & Clinics. The expected base salary is in the high $400s with a 25% target bonus and 10% long-term incentive.

Your opportunity. Overlake's recent affiliation with MultiCare Health System made us the flagship of MultiCare's new North Puget Sound Region. This created an exciting opportunity to invest in new programs and services. If selected as our new CFO, you'll play a key role in evaluating future opportunities and building plans to fund them. You'll also work closely with our CEO and Executive Leadership Council to ensure financial stewardship throughout our organization. This will ensure that Overlake continues to provide exceptional, compassionate care for years to come.

To Be Considered, You'll Need

20+ years of progressively responsible finance experience
A minimum of 5 years in healthcare finance leadership
CPA credential (current or previous)
MBA or MHA

How much will this job pay?

Posted pay ranges represent the entire pay scale, from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level.
