Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, and driving the company’s financial strategy to support business growth. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage budgeting, corporate finance, and financial services while fostering a culture of accountability and transparency within the organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to provide insights into business performance.
Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and capital structure to optimize financial resources.
Lead negotiations for funding opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and other significant financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards while maintaining accurate account reconciliation processes.
Collaborate with other executives to drive business development initiatives that enhance revenue growth.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering professional development and high performance.
