Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial leadership, partnering with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive the company's financial performance and growth.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Working Capital Management: Efficiently manage cash, receivables, payables, and inventory levels.
Product Development and Innovation: Evaluate the financial viability of new concepts, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and help allocate resources efficiently.
Strategic Planning: Suggest and implement strategic growth/restructuring plans, including M&A and divestments.
Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the preparation and issuance of financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP).
Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, including credit risk, interest rate risk, and foreign exchange risk.
Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, investments, and debt financing.
Tax Planning and Compliance: Oversee tax planning and compliance activities.
Auditing: Oversee and direct audit activities.
Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with financial institutions on matters of lines of credit and funds management.
