Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial aspects of our textile/clothing company in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting while ensuring the company’s financial health and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements.

Manage financial risk, cash flow, and investments.

Lead financial reporting and analysis to guide decision-making.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and stakeholders.

Optimize cost management and profitability.

Implement strong internal controls and financial best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Preference CA/ICWA/MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.

5-7 years of experience in finance, preferably in the textile/clothing industry.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance.

Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

Ability to drive financial efficiency and business growth
