Division CFO-Greenwood Village – Onsite

We are recruiting the above role for our PE backed client:

The ideal candidate will have experience/attributes in the following areas.

Has served in a Divisional CFO / Finance Director / Finance Business Partner type role
Has experience partnering closely with operations
Ensures business leaders have clear financial data to run the business
Has a service-oriented mindset toward operations
Is comfortable acting as the main financial contact for the division
Operational finance experience .

Technical / Functional Requirements

Strong FP&A experience required, with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically.

Finance infrastructure still being developed:

Work closely with accounting and operations
Ensure detailed financial drivers and trends are accurate
BS in Finance or related, MBA in Finance preferred
10-15 years of progressive finance experience with an emphasis on operational finance
Denver metro residents only
