Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant Apprentice. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in administrative tasks while working towards a professional qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to various departments.
Manage and organize files and documents.
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Support the team with data entry and record keeping.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
Positive attitude and eagerness to develop new skills.

Qualifications:

GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus but not essential.
