Currently we have a Full-Time Operations Assistant position available.

Training to be provided.

Responsibilities associated with this role are:

Organizing and Expediting orders on a daily basis to ensure they ship in a timely and efficient manner
Assisting as needed with purchasing
Handling client and vendor returns
Assisting as needed with shipping
Assist in problem solving as issues with orders arise

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with a preference for degrees related to business.
Ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM.
Excellent Business writing skills in English.

Office is located in West Kendall and office hours are Mon - Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
