Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Financial Planning and Analysis:
Developing and managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
Financial Management:
Overseeing cash flow, managing debt and investments, and ensuring the company's financial stability.
Reporting and Compliance:
Preparing and reviewing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and managing relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies.
Strategic Leadership:
Collaborating with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies, providing financial expertise for strategic decision-making, and advising on mergers and acquisitions.
Risk Management:
Identifying and assessing financial risks, implementing risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring the company's financial resilience.
Team Leadership:
Managing and developing the finance team, ensuring effective operations and providing leadership and guidance.
Stakeholder Management:
Communicating financial information to investors, creditors, and other stakeholders, and building strong relationships.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is typically required, with a Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) often preferred.
Experience:
Extensive experience in finance, accounting, and financial management, with a strong track record of success.
Skills:
