Contract Period: 6 months with potential to extend or convert

Knowledge and Skills

• Must have configuration and/or operational experience with Calypso.

• Demonstrates advanced relationship management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Is proactive, independent, has high energy, and a, step-up and do it, attitude

• Is able to manage change and cope with complex and ambiguous situations

• Solid problem solving and analytical skills

• Advanced presentation creation and delivery skills to management stakeholders

• Possesses advanced influencing and negotiating skills

• Ability to learn new skills, talents and knowledge quickly

• Is capable of managing 5 deliverable tasks or more at a time with verifying priorities

• Accounting or Operations experience in a capital markets area is an asset

Requirements

• Possesses a university degree and 5+ years progressive business analysis/operations support, supporting enterprise-wide projects

• Possesses advanced business knowledge in the Product Operations or Trading Products areas of Capital markets

• Advanced knowledge of project management and system development life cycle

• Is experienced in practical application development and/or client solution delivery

• Is familiar with business assessment tools (e.g., feasibility studies, requirements documentation, workflow diagrams, and current state analysis/needs assessments)

• Understands and is familiar with the application of techniques associated with process modeling and data modeling

• Strong knowledge of and experience working with Derivative Operations and/or Capital Markets Middle Office

• Holding or in pursuit of designations such as MBA/CFA/CBAP/PMP/FRM/DMS are a strong positive.

• Working Knowledge of Calypso is a must
