Go-to-Market Manager (f/m/d/x) – Germany

Our client is a leading tech company in the drive-to-store industry, connecting consumers with local retailers through digital platforms. It helps retailers boost in-store traffic by providing real-time promotions, store information, and personalized shopping experiences. For their office located in Berlin, Germany, we are looking for a Go-to-Market Manager (f/m/d/x) with a strong marketing background and experience in executing successful market expansion strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape brand positioning and drive go-to-market initiatives in Germany and beyond.

Your Responsibilities

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that align with global objectives and adapt to local market needs
Lead market launches of new products and services, ensuring targeted positioning in key verticals
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
Develop storytelling and messaging strategies that integrate corporate branding with local market preferences
Support the sales team with product training, positioning materials, and presentations for key clients
Collaborate with internal teams (product, communications, sales) and external stakeholders to execute market initiatives

Your Profile

Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an international tech company or media agency
Strong background in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, and brand positioning
Results-driven with expertise in KPIs, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
