Overview:

We’re looking for a hands-on, technically-proficient Revenue Operations Manager to support our growing UK team. You’ll be the primary point of contact for all things RevOps — building, managing, and integrating systems that enable our Sales and GTM teams to operate at scale.

As the primary operations engineer, you will design, build, and fix operational workflows. You’ll need to be confident taking incomplete systems and stitching together the right solutions — from platforms and APIs to data workflows and tool automation.

The right person has a technical background (ideally in analytics, data engineering, systems, or business process architecture), thrives in autonomy, and can lead with a builder’s mindset while collaborating globally across teams.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary RevOps and systems engineer for the UK org — owning tooling, integrations, and data flows across sales and GTM systems.
Manage and configure tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, Chargebee, and support integration with Shopify, scheduling platforms, and CRMs.
Build and maintain automation and data workflows using tools like Zapier or custom scripts, reducing manual effort across teams.
Own platform integrations for net-new tools (e.g., enrichment, prospecting, commissions), working with vendors, Pro Services, and product teams to execute.
Act as the UK Outreach administrator, managing permissions, workflow logic, and sequences and ensuring data integrity across teams.
Own UK-side vendor relationships, technical troubleshooting, onboarding, and usage optimization (e.g., for ZoomInfo and future tooling).
Collaborate with data/BI teams to align UK reporting outputs with global data definitions and provide feedback for improved system design.
Partner with UK sales leadership to support prospecting systems, commissions tooling, and day-to-day enablement infrastructure.
Proactively identify and fix systems issues — whether in CRM sync logic, data inconsistencies, or integration failures — and implement scalable fixes.
Lead process and systems improvements that elevate local operations while respecting global architecture and system boundaries.

Required Skills & Qualifications (must-haves):

5+ years in a Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, Business Ops, or similar technical operations role in a B2B/SaaS or tech-driven environment.
Strong technical proficiency across GTM systems — especially Outreach, Salesforce (or similar CRM), ZoomInfo, Chargebee, and marketing/sales automation tools.
Proven experience in automation tools like Zapier, Make, or writing logic for workflow tools (bonus: light scripting experience).
Demonstrated ability to own and maintain systems independently, including platform setup, integration, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
Comfortable designing and implementing data flows, syncing logic, lead enrichment workflows, or light transformation of operational data.
Experience working across time zones and teams, with the ability to represent your region while staying aligned with a global systems approach.
Strong project ownership with a “builder” mindset — you can take messy systems and turn them into efficient workflows with minimal guidance.
Excellent communication and documentation skills — you explain technical solutions in plain terms to both local salespeople and global ops peers.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (nice-to-haves):

Background in engineering, analytics, or systems architecture.
Experience with SQL or collaborating closely with data engineering/BI teams.
Past experience leading platform rollouts or building from early-stage infrastructure.
Experience with commission systems, CPQ tooling, or integrations between CRM and billing platforms.
Exposure to data privacy compliance in the UK/EU and familiarity with regional handling of CRM/marketing data.

Working Environment:

Environment: Hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Working Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
