Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Manufacturing

Location: Northwest Pennsylvania

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in Northwest PA, has exclusively retained PRSG® to identify a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy. Reporting directly to the President, the CFO will play a critical role in financial planning, profitability analysis, and systems optimization to drive long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives to drive growth and profitability.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
Manufacturing Finance Expertise: Manage cost accounting, pricing analysis, and profitability assessments to enhance financial performance.
Systems Optimization & Implementation: Lead ERP and financial systems improvements to streamline reporting and operational efficiency.
Banking & Treasury Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with financial institutions, manage cash flow, and oversee financing arrangements.
Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal controls, and risk management protocols.
Executive Collaboration: Serve as a strategic partner to the President and leadership team, providing financial insights and recommendations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably within manufacturing.
Proven expertise in cost accounting, pricing strategies, and margin analysis.
Experience leading systems implementation and process improvements (ERP, financial systems).
Strong banking and treasury management experience, including lender relations.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
