British & Irish Imports, est. 2007, wholesales high quality imported knitwear and accessories to retail stores across Canada. And also operates a seasonal retail store (September – December 24th), Legend – Celtic & European Gifts & Apparel in Norwood, ON.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants more than just a job – but a chance to become part of something bigger and potentially own the business in the future. Working with myself, the owner, you will learn all aspects of the business and for the right person, there is potential to take over the business when I approach retirement in 4-5 years.

What you’ll do:

Drive sales, seek and develop new business opportunities (commissions paid)
Attend 2-3 trade shows/year in Toronto – building sales and customer relationships
Follow-up, discuss new products, promotions with customers and potential customers
Manage wholesale orders and customer inquiries
Contribute creative ideas to help grow the business
In addition the wholesale business, from September to December – operate retail store in Norwood (approximately 5 hours/day 4 days/week)
