The focus of this job is providing administrative support and completing necessary tasks for the effective and efficient operations of Joshua’s Pest Control's Outside Sales department. The position is seasonal through October 2025. Though this position is seasonal, we always keep great people!

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Outside Sales Team.
Follow predetermined scripts to ensure customers understand their service agreements and the services being provided.
Update billing information and manage customer data.
Schedule appointments and manage service routes.
Ensure new customer accounts are serviced by resolving issues including service agreement disputes, pricing disputes, service concerns, among other customer concerns.
Make notes for all customer/non-customer interactions. Relay positive & negative feedback to management.
Provide general administrative support as requested by management.
Maintain a clean and orderly workstation.
Pass all phone observations and evaluations
Be punctual & reliable
Report to the office in-person daily

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Entry-Level Position, no experience necessary.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Comfortable navigating Google Workspace Applications (Gmail, Sheets, Calendar, etc).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

What Joshua’s Can Do For You:
Full Time, Seasonal through October 2025
Hourly Wage Range: $18.00 - $19.00
Tuesday-Saturday 12pm-9pm
