Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization, ensuring robust financial management, and driving fiscal responsibility across all departments. This position requires a strong leader with exceptional financial acumen and the ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Duties

Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Oversee all aspects of fiscal management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Manage treasury functions to ensure optimal cash flow and liquidity.
Lead expense management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS and COSO frameworks.
Provide strategic planning insights to support long-term business growth.
Collaborate with other executives to drive organizational performance through sound financial practices.
Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit the organization’s financial position.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role.
Strong background in accounting principles and practices.
Demonstrated expertise in financial management, including treasury management and expense management.
Exceptional strategic planning skills with a focus on long-term growth.
High level of financial acumen, capable of interpreting complex financial data.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to finance and accounting, including IFRS standards.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract negotiations.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $174,805.00 per year
