Chief Sales Officer / Executive VP of Sales

A privately held technology services company, in business for more than 40 years, is investing in growth and needs a senior sales executive to lead its commercial team. It keeps complex technical equipment running for global customers across healthcare, energy, and technology.

You’ll lead sales, sit on the executive team, and own the plan to grow revenue, with a path to lead the full division within a couple of years. This is a commission-driven role for someone who wants the upside: a $250K guaranteed minimum, about $500K OTE, plus profit sharing and equity.

Location: Camarillo, CA, fully on-site

Must-haves:

Senior sales leadership (EVP, SVP, CSO or similar) closing large, complex deals
Consultative, long-cycle selling to technical and executive buyers
Background in medical imaging, renewable energy, IT/electronics, or hardware logistics, repair, or OEM parts and service
Comfort with commission-driven pay - history of betting on yourself and winning

Pluses:

Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus); exceptional candidates without one considered
Experience leading and hiring a sales team of 20 or more
Senior relationships with global equipment manufacturers, or a service, parts, or repair background
Technical or engineering fluency
