With operations spanning freestanding emergency departments and expanding hospital services, Clear Choice Health System is pursuing an ambitious growth strategy that includes new facility development, strategic acquisitions, physician partnerships, and expansion into additional markets.

The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, ownership, and other senior leaders to drive financial performance, strengthen organizational infrastructure, secure growth capital, and support the long-term strategic direction of the enterprise.

We are seeking more than a traditional hospital CFO. The ideal candidate will combine sophisticated healthcare financial expertise with the entrepreneurial mindset, operational discipline, and capital markets experience necessary to help build and scale a successful healthcare platform.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be a strategic financial executive with a builder's mentality—someone who is equally comfortable developing a long-term capital strategy, negotiating with lenders, analyzing facility-level performance, and establishing the financial systems necessary to support rapid growth.
