We're looking for a proactive and organized Sales & Fulfillment Supervisor to join our team—someone who thrives on keeping the gears turning, whether it’s managing liquor board listings, fine-tuning price lists across provinces, or ensuring every shipment lands right on time.

If you have advanced Excel skills, love working with numbers, and are comfortable digging into analytics to support smarter sales decisions, this role is a great opportunity to blend operational precision with strategic thinking.

This position is based in Lake Country at 225 Beaver Lake Court

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the movement and storage of inventory from winery to warehouse to end customer, including inbound and outbound freight logistics.
Coordinate shipping schedules with third-party logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels across multiple locations, reconciling physical stock with order management systems.
Support product registration and tender submission process with Provincial Liquor Boards, ensuring pricing and documentation accuracy.
Update and distribute customer-facing product fact book across sales channels and regions.
Review labels and case markings for regulatory compliance.
Oversee daily pick/pack lists; liaise with warehouse teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Support Wine Club and e-commerce operations by overseeing automatic and customized shipments and managing seasonal promotional initiatives.
Partner with sales and estate team to ensure executional excellence and maintain strong customer relationships.
Analyze sales and logistics data to improve efficiency, reduce shipping costs, and support smarter operational decisions.

What we are looking for:

3+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or operations; wine industry experience is an asset.
Deep understanding of freight coordination, warehouse processes, and inventory control systems.
Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines.
High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data sets and operational reports.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate across internal and external teams.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Commerce7) and shipping platforms is an asset.
