Hourly Rate: $22 - $26/hour, depending on experience.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Sales Operations Coordinator for a top client! In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing incoming applications, ensuring accuracy and timelines, and bringing a very high level of service. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments where multitasking, prioritization, and clear communication are key.

Responsibilities:

Process a high volume of applications with precision and efficiency.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth application handling.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines.
Troubleshoot and navigate websites and web-based applications with confidence.
Support sales operations and administrative functions as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Applications, including Outlook.
Proven ability to manage tasks with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Customer service mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable navigating and resolving issues within websites and online platforms.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while also collaborating with a distributed team.
