Job Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Infor & CPQ Developer to enhance and support our Infor CloudSuite and CPQ platforms. This role suits someone with strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to deliver scalable, efficient solutions in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Infor CloudSuite and CPQ systems.
Build and update product models in CPQ to ensure accuracy in order processing and alignment with manufacturing.
Utilize Infor’s LPL, Configuration Console, and IPA.
Create forms, fields, workflows, and business processes in CloudSuite.
Develop SSRS reports; assist in the transition from Crystal Reports.
Design data interfaces using File Creation Utility, Data Replication, and (optionally) ION.
Maintain and troubleshoot T-SQL/SSIS procedures on SQL Server.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Support additional systems (e.g., security, time & attendance, LMS).
Follow Scrum/Kanban methodologies using Jira; document in Confluence.
Opportunity to convert to a full-time role after 6 months.

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite or Lawson.
Proficient in GHR, FSM, and/or WFM modules.
Skilled in IPA, Configuration Console, File Creation Utility.
Strong SQL Server and SSRS reporting experience.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years in a similar IT role.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CE & BC, Power Platform.
Familiarity with CPQ scripting and web styling.
Background in sales and manufacturing support tools.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
