Base Salary Range: $100k to $120k

About the Role

White Key Marketing is seeking a seasoned and strategic COO/CFO to spearhead the operational and financial growth of the agency. This dual-role executive position will play a critical part in bringing our growth strategy to life- through streamlined systems, data-driven decision making, and strong leadership across departments.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as the agency’s operational backbone and financial steward, ensuring that the company scales sustainably while remaining profitable, high-performing, and team-aligned.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Strategy & Execution: Drive the implementation of strategic growth plans, ensuring execution is aligned across departments and milestones are met.
Operations Management: Build, manage, and optimise internal systems, dashboards, and operational KPIs to enhance visibility and accountability.
Financial Leadership: Own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning. Monitor profitability at the department, service, and client levels.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor department heads across Client Account Management, Creative, Content, and Performance teams.
Process Improvement: Standardise workflows, identify inefficiencies, manage risk, and build scalable processes that support long-term agency growth.
People & Culture: Oversee core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and team development.
