As we continue to grow and expand, we’re looking for a Financial Controller who is ready to lead and contribute to our long-term success.

What You’ll Do:

Analyze financial data and prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and budgets
Oversee multi-company financials and perform financial consolidations
Lead all HR processes, procedures, and policies company-wide
Prepare and distribute monthly management reports
Partner with the systems team to lead our ERP implementation

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
7+ years of financial management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Deep understanding of finance, budgeting, accounting, cost control, and GAAP principles
Experience managing general insurance and employee benefits programs
