A Sales Operations Analyst with a passion for using data to drive results, as well as making sure data is aligned! You will be a critical member of the sales operations team and are comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization. You will own providing data analysis and reporting and have exceptional analytical, data reporting and problem-solving skills. You thrive on complex challenges. You are an inquisitive self-starter, a "doer" who readily rolls up your sleeves to get the work done to drive and maintain moving the sales strategy forward. This will include ensuring data in the CRM is aligned and maintained for data quality.

As a Sales Operations Analyst with BEP, you will work with our Sales Operations Business Partners to maintain key reports and review key dashboards needed to manage the business. You will be an instrumental role in supporting our Sales organization by investigating day to day issues as they work accounts through the sales cycle. In addition to analyses, this role will be responsible for basic CRM administrative functions. This role reports to our Senior Director of Sales & Enablement & Operations.

Your impact:

Maintain accurate information in salesforce CRM based upon cases assigned to you daily
Ability to analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
Gain a deep understanding of the sales cycle and related Salesforce processes to support daily operations and issue resolution
Provide data analysis on sales activity, pipeline, and account management to help identify business trends or areas for improvement
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses to monitor the business using operational metrics and reports and ability to document and clearly communicate the results of your efforts
Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issue
Daily Case Management for Sales Ops team, keeping maintenance of and responding within a timely manner for all cases.
Working closely with Sales Ops Business Partner team to communicate patterns/themes within the cases flowing in
Assist Sales Ops and IA with location updates in CRM for accurate reporting
Communicate any questions regarding cases/assignments w/in 24 hours
Campaign overflow
- Assist with administrative updates in CRM to support Campaigns by assigned due date

About you:

Ideally a 4-year Bachelors' degree
2+ year(s) of related work experience, preferably in an analyst role
2+ year(s) experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), including dashboard and report building
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel:
- Proficiency in the following required:
  - Nested If Statements, PivotTables, vLookups and IndexMatch
You are data-driven and detail oriented: You excel with reporting and analytics, and are able to conduct senior management level reporting, dissect and derive actionable insights from large datasets across multiple reporting environments
Salesforce experience, including demonstrated dashboard building is required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment as an individual contributor
You are curious with a desire to dig in, troubleshoot, and solve problems
Strong time management, organizational, and critical thinking skills with a high attention to detail
Value feedback and constantly strive to improve and learn
You have tenacity and are dependable with the ability to work autonomously
Experience working in a SaaS or high-tech company is a plus
