Position OverviewAs our Business Operations Associate, you will play a critical role supporting our operations department and streamlining our processes. We are looking for an execution-oriented individual that is passionate about helping drive the company towards commercial success.
Our ideal candidate is analytical and strategic but easily adaptable to changing priorities. They are obsessed with optimizing process and removing roadblocks. They are excited about using finding new ways to use AI and tools create a culture of efficiency.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and execute on strategics projects that you feel will create value for the company.

Use AI & other tools to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
Track key metrics to help make data-driven decisions.
Support financial operations and admin including budgeting, end of month reconciliation etc.
Support grant submissions and administration to secure additional funding.
Contribute to a culture of innovation and collaboration through new initiatives.

Qualifications• Degree in business, marketing, finance, software engineering or related field.

1-3 experience working in fast paced environments (startups are a plus!)
Experience in startups and fast-paced environments is a strong plus.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
