We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Operations Manager to oversee our business operational processes. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency of our business operations, managing financial, administrative, and human resource activities, as well as mentoring team members. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge and experience in financial management, enabling them to contribute to the overall success of the organization. Construction experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee general ledger accounting and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Perform general ledger reconciliation and maintain up-to-date financial records.
Manage accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collections and cash flow analysis.
Prepare journal entries and assist with payroll processing.
Manage administrative functions.
Human resource management and recruiting.
Mentor and guide team members in best practices for financial management and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve business performance.
Analyze financial concepts to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Proven experience in general ledger accounting and reconciliation.
Strong understanding of financial concepts, including cash flow analysis and accrual accounting.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in accounting software with a solid grasp of accounts receivable processes.
Experience with insurance and contracting preferred.
Human resource experience preferred.
Excellent mentoring skills with a passion for developing team capabilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve business objectives.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
