Duties

Your duties will be variable, dynamic, and constantly expanding as we grow — no two weeks will look exactly the same. You’ll be deeply involved in:
Human Resource Needs: Recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and culture-building.
Payroll & Accounting Needs: Payroll processing, invoicing, accounts management, and financial tracking.
Process & Management: Designing, improving, and managing workflows to keep operations running smoothly.
Operational Oversight: Coordinating daily activities between our satellite office and main hub, ensuring seamless execution.
Client Management: Supporting and strengthening relationships with our clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a top-notch experience.

Requirements

Drive to learn and develop: You’re curious, adaptable, and ready to pick up new skills fast.
Advanced Excel or basic coding skills: You know your way around data — whether it’s pivot tables, formulas, or simple scripts.
Fluent in Spanish (reading & writing): You can confidently handle documents, communications, and conversations in Spanish.
Strong communication skills: You can clearly explain ideas, collaborate with teammates, and connect with clients.
A proactive, solution-focused mindset — you don’t just see problems, you see opportunities.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,319.92 - $61,804.64 per year
