Key Responsibilities:*

Lead the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to support sustainable growth.
Drive mergers and acquisitions (M&A) strategies, including target evaluation, due diligence, deal negotiations, and post-acquisition integration.

Manage and strengthen relationships with banks, lenders, and financial partners to optimize capital structure and secure funding.
Oversee corporate finance, treasury, accounting, and compliance functions.
Manage and expand benefits programs, corporate structures, and incentive plans to attract and retain top talent.
Provide strategic insights to the CEO and leadership team to guide operational and investment decisions.
Enhance internal controls, streamline processes, and leverage technology for efficiency.
Balance traditional family business values with modern corporate governance and growth strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven success as a CFO or senior financial executive, ideally in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, or family-owned company.
Strong M&A track record, including execution and integration experience.
Expertise in banking relationship management, corporate finance, and strategic planning.
Skilled in benefits and corporate structure development.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Hands-on and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred but not required.
