Kooner Fleet Management Solutions is seeking a results-driven and dynamic Chief Revenue Officer to join our rapidly growing and diverse team. The Chief Revenue Officer will play a crucial role in furthering our mission by developing strategies to drive revenue growth across all channels and business segments. The CRO will lead and align the sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market strategies and revenue-generating initiatives. This role is instrumental in scaling the company, optimizing profitability, and achieving sustainable growth.

What the Chief Revenue Officer role looks like:

Revenue Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
- Identify new market opportunities, pricing models, and revenue streams.
- Own the company’s revenue forecast and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Team Alignment & Management
- Lead and manage the sales, marketing, business development, and customer success teams.
- Ensure alignment between departments to create a cohesive customer journey and unified go-to-market approach.
- Foster a performance-driven culture and mentor leadership within revenue-generating teams.
Customer Focus & Retention
- Ensure strong customer acquisition and retention strategies are in place.
- Leverage data and customer feedback to optimize the customer lifecycle and improve CLTV (Customer Lifetime Value).
- Champion customer success and ensure a high level of satisfaction across all touchpoints.
Data & Performance Analytics
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to monitor performance across revenue streams.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Use data to identify revenue leakage and create initiatives to optimize conversion and retention.
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner closely with the CEO, COO and executive leadership team on strategic planning and company direction.
- Communicate revenue goals, strategies, and results to stakeholders across the organization.
- Work cross-functionally to support product development, finance, and operations with revenue-related insights.

What our ideal candidate looks like:

Proven experience (10+ years) in executive-level revenue, sales, marketing, or business development roles.
Knowledge of the truck maintenance and repair industry is required.
Demonstrated success in scaling revenue for high-growth companies.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of customer behavior, funnel optimization, and go-to-market strategy.
Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend various industry events.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
