Certified ADAS, a fast-growing ADAS calibration service company, is seeking an experienced Fractional CFO (Contractor/1099) to provide strategic financial oversight on a project basis. This is a part-time role (a few hours per week), ideal for a senior-level financial leader with deep M&A and acquisitions expertise.

Responsibilities

Audit and prepare financial statements for business mergers and acquisitions
Build and oversee financial models, forecasts, and reporting
Advise on equity structures, stock options, and capitalization strategies
Provide financial due diligence and guidance for acquisitions and partnerships
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
Collaborate with leadership team on growth strategy and deal structuring

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior financial consultant
Expertise in M&A, acquisitions, and financial due diligence
Ability to structure and advise on stock options and equity planning
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise executives

Engagement Details

Contractor (1099) – flexible, project-based work
A few hours per week, depending on active projects
Remote with occasional in-person meetings as needed
