Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientated business coordinator to join our team full-time in Edmonton, AB. This on-site role will be key in supporting entrepreneurs and internal operations through strategic business coordination, marketing execution, and strong client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Support business development initiatives through market research, lead generation, and partnership engagement.
Assist in marketing and outreach efforts, including content creation and campaign support.
Review and provide feedback on client business plans and pitch decks.
Deliver exceptional customer service and communication with clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate internal processes, meetings, and documentation to ensure smooth program delivery.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and market research abilities
Proven skills in proposal writing and professional communication
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal capabilities
Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment
A background or experience in the business development or startup ecosystem is an asset
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
