About the Business Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will have a background in startup operations, strategy, corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or M&A transaction services, and will play a critical role in supporting our business operations.

You will work closely with the Founder & CEO on high priority tasks related to day-to-day management of the business.

Compensation

Base Salary: $90k - $110k (this is the range, please do not apply if this doesn't fit)
Plus equity and health benefits

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and analysis to support business decision-making
Develop financial models and perform financial analysis
Assist in the preparation of presentations and marketing materials to partners
Collaborate with senior management to create and implement business strategies
Facilitate the management of sales operations including sales team KPIs
Manage project timelines and coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns
Perform other duties as assigned by senior management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management or a related field
At least 2-3 years of investment banking, consulting experience in startup operations, strategy, corporate development,
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
