Position: Product Operations Specialist

Type: Contract

Compensation: $75–$90/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

Support program execution strategy for multiple product areas. Kickstart 0 to 1 efforts and accelerate execution.
Collect and analyze product data from various sources. Identify trends and insights to inform business decisions.
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations. Communicate findings to stakeholders and support decision-making.
Manage programs to identify opportunities and challenges. Predict roadblocks and strengthen cross-functional relationships.
Identify program risks and develop mitigation plans. Communicate rationale and updates clearly.

Qualifications

Must-Have

8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or equivalent program management.
Effective critical thinking and data leverage skills.
Proven time-management and organizational skills.
Experience with operational systems and tools.
Experience with cross-functional team collaboration.
Experience resolving conflicts and setting priorities.

Preferred

Experience with reliability initiatives and data incident investigations.
Ability to manage external vendors and partners.
Skills in process design and improvement for incident detection.
Strong analytical capabilities and experience with data visualization tools.
Ability to synthesize incident data for cross-functional teams.

Compensation & Legal

Hourly contractor
