We are currently looking for a motivated, organized, and personable part-time Business Team Support/ Director of Business Operations to join our amazing team! The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the way a dental office operates.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to our leadership team and business team.
Assist leadership team in carrying out various business initiatives.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
Assist in proofreading documents to ensure clarity and correctness before distribution.
Collaborate with team members using Google Suite for effective communication and project management.
Support customer service initiatives by addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
Organize office operations and procedures to enhance efficiency within the workplace.
Employee scheduling
Tallying payroll hours for bookkeeper
Accounts payable.
Accounts receivable
Organize building maintenance as necessary.
Manage financial reporting tasks.
Organizing CE events for our team.
Facilitating building maintenance

Qualifications

Proven experience as a dental administrator is required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail in proofreading tasks.
Demonstrates customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
